WELCOME TO THE ISA WEBSITE

Independent Schools Association was founded in 1879.  It is one of the oldest of the independent schools’ organisations and is federated to the Independent Schools Council.  It exists to provide professional support to the Head teachers and to offer a wide range of
sport and cultural activities to the pupils in our schools, which number around 300.

Staff dress up for Book Week

The Licensed Victuallers' School held their biggest ever Book Week during March.  The theme this year was "The Great Outdoors" and pupils were issued with passports with "outdoors" characters to find out about.

Pupils also had the chance to meet authors and hopefully they will have been inspired to take part in the many events planned for the rest of the National Year of Reading.
