Swine Flu  -  There has been several guidance notes released over the last couple of days - please see articles under Members Advice.

The Food Standards Agency -  Please be aware that one of our schools has been approached by The Food Standards Agency (part of The Trading Standards Agency) to carry out an inspection of their kitchens.  The inspection is in regard to labelling and the nutritional content of food prepared and it appears that schools are being given very little notice of the impending visit.
