ISA is expanding its range of consultancy services, with the launch of a new Mystery Shopping service for schools.
The scheme allows schools to take an objective look at their admissions and marketing processes and provides detailed feedback from the perspective of a new parent.
Schools taking part will receive a visit from a mystery shopper, who will report back on every stage of the admissions process – from the first phonecall to the handshake at the end of the visit. The report will also include detailed feedback on the school website and prospectus, and suggest areas for improvement.
