In collaboration with Discovery Education, the ISA Junior Coding Competition will be open from 16 May 2016. There are two entry categories – Key Stage One and Key Stage Two – with a winner and two runners up in each. Winners will receive a certificate and a Discovery Day at our European Headquarters in Chiswick, London. Runners-up will receive a certificate. The results will be announced on the ISA website and included in the ISA newsletter.

When your entry is complete, fill out the entry form. Entries must be submitted by 4pm on 10 June 2016.
How many pupils can enter?
Teams may have up to four pupils; individual applications are also welcomed. There is no limit to how many teams may enter from one school.
What is the maximum age for entry?
All pupils must be 11 years of age or under at the point of entry.
Can teachers or parents help?
Any assistance from teachers, teaching assistants or parents must be declared.
How does the prize work for each winning school?
The two winning individual pupils or teams (they may be from different schools) can each bring a group of 15 pupils and two teachers to Discovery Headquarters. This must be arranged to be on the same date. Please note, the winning school will be responsible for travel expenses.
