The course or conference fee includes refreshments, tuition and access to course materials. It does not cover the cost of travel to and from the venue or car parking fees (if applicable). Accommodation is included in the fee only for Annual Conference, Autumn Study Conference, Heads’ Induction Course and Cross Association Junior Heads’ Conference (booked via link to HMCPD).

Day course in school venue: £150 and £75 for a second delegate from the same school. If you book further delegates (i.e. third and fourth places) these will be charged at the rate of £150 for the third delegate and £75 for the fourth delegate.
Twilight course in school venue: £65 and £55 for a second and third delegate from the same school.
Day course in hotel: £150 with no reduction for second delegate. Delegates have the option to book reduced rate accommodation directly with the hotel, if required. Please visit the event page on the website for full details.
Residential conferences/courses in hotels: please visit the event page on the website for conference package fees which includes meals and accommodation.

You will receive a provisional booking email, followed by a payment invoice (also by email). Payment by BACS or cheque must be within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
