Being the PA/EA within a school can feel like you have to be jack of all trades. This work shop is about being effective within that role, marketing yourself, and having the tools to support your Head/Principal in every situation.

We will look at your role within the school, perceptions about “school PAs”, re branding yourself, the range of tasks you now have to cover on a day to day basis, supporting the Head when you are being inspected, how to spread calm in emergency situations.

This workshop is for administrative staff who are new to the role of PA/EA, or are currently administrators or secretaries that plan on moving up to a PA/EA role in the near future.

The programme will include:

  • The changing role of the PA/EA and key skills needed
  • Re branding yourself and the power of positive communications
  • Coping with inspection and emergency situations
