Administrative staff are key to the effective running of the school and are often the link in communication between the Head, Governors, Senior Leadership Team and parents. This course will focus on the challenges of keeping everyone happy and ensuring that your communication skills reflect the values of your school. It will update you on the inspection framework and look at the all-important inspection documentation that needs to be in place for a successful outcome, including the central register.
