ISA’s Vice Chair Andrew Hampton offers exciting Leadership Course

23rd September 2015

Throughout education – and our sector is no exception – there are concerns being shown that the next generation of school leaders are not being encouraged, training and recognised. With the demise of the National College of School Leadership, the opportunity to build leadership capacity has been lost.

The online course, Leading an Independent School – is run by Andrew Hampton, current vice Chair of ISA, and Jill Berry, former president of GSA. Many current ISA Heads have graduated from this course and have found it to be a most effective preparation either for application for Headship or approaching Headship for the first time. If you know of anyone who aspires to headship, please let them know about this course.

The course runs for four weeks each term and the next iteration begins on September 28th.
