Eisha K-C (aged 9); a pupil from St Wystan’s Independent Preparatory School, Repton is on a winning streak, yet again! Her latest results have guaranteed her place in both the LTA Grade 2 National Finals and the U9 and U10 David Lloyd National Finals. Unfortunately, both events clashed and Eisha decided to play in the LTA nationals. The National final brings together the top tennis stars from across the country. This is by far her best result in both girls and mixed tournaments. Eisha who is now playing in an age group up in U10’s has played across the country from Birmingham, all the way up to Sunderland. She has continued to achieve a fantastic record of results on the tennis court throughout the Summer and Autumn Terms.
Eisha is also a fantastic team player by representing Derbyshire both in the U9’s County Cup team and U10 Girls County Cup Finals. Here she was the youngest player of the weekend across the eight counties and put on a fantastic performance against Buckinghamshire to win 4-2 5-3, giving Derbyshire the edge. Not only does she excel in Tennis, but Eisha is also a fantastic golfer. She won the six counties golf tournament in the summer at Trent Lock, ultimately winning golfer of the year!
We are so proud of Eisha’s achievements and all the hard work she puts into her sporting passions and schoolwork. We hear Wimbledon calling!
