School improvement is not just about under performance. Avoiding complacency and seeking continuous improvement is vital for even the most successful of schools.
At the macro level this course will help schools develop their own self-evaluation measures and make the most effective use of internal and externally derived data, without drowning teachers in continuous data trawls. At the micro level we will examine how teachers and tutors can make use of self-evaluation measures and information to better support pupil development and learning.
