By clicking ‘Send your booking,’ delegates are confirming that they accept ISA’s terms and conditions and that they have the proper authority from the appropriate person in school to accept these conditions.
The fee includes refreshments, tuition and access to course materials. It does not cover the cost of travel to and from the venue or car parking fees (if applicable). Accommodation is included in the fee only for Annual Conference, Proprietors Conference, Autumn Study Conference, Heads Induction Conference and the Deputy Heads Conference, when specified.
The cost of courses and conferences can be found on the individual event pages.
Methods and Terms of Payment
We take payment by BACS or online via WorldPay. Upon receipt of booking details, we will issue an invoice (if requested) which will be emailed directly to the booking contact. Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date, except for bookings made within 30 days of the course date for which invoices must be paid immediately so that payment is received prior to the course.
For the Annual Conference, Proprietors Conference, Autumn Study Conference and Heads Induction Conference, all hotel payments are paid directly to ISA, with the exception of any extra nights or items charged to the room, for which the delegate is responsible for settling with the hotel. The choice of residential course and conference options is fixed and cannot be varied.
ISA Procedures for Arrears
- The terms of payment for all ISA services will be 30 days.
- If not paid, a second invoice will be sent demanding payment, terms 15 days.
- If not paid, a third invoice will be sent to the Member by recorded delivery, terms 15 days. The letter will indicate that ISA Executive may refer the sum for debt collection, including additional costs and statutory interest calculated at 8% plus the Bank of Interest Base Rate.

All invoices raised by the Association are to include the terms as outline above, including Executive’s powers to levy interest and costs. All correspondence will be sent electronically under Article 77 except where stated above.
