This 2 3/4 hour workshop will cover the following topics:
- An introduction to the executive function and its role in SEND diagnoses
- Discussion around the skills involved in sequencing, planning, organisation, time management and working memory
- Identifying the impact on SEND pupils where these skills are lacking
- Practical applications of support for the executive function in the classroom in Primary, Prep and Secondary mainstream settings
