Supplier resources

We want you, as an ISA Supplier, to make the most of the scheme. Use this resource page to help you do that. Click the titles below to find out more about the scheme's key features.

If there's anything you need that's not yet covered here, or if you would like to take advantage of any of the existing opportunities, please get in touch with Alex at: [email protected].

Direct Mailings

For many suppliers, direct mailings to Members are one of the most attractive features of the partnership.

They work via our CRM. We recommend 150-200 words of copy, an image and a link (to your website/webinar etc.). We will send you a test email and, after your approval, we will send to our 770 Heads.

Please bear in mind that direct mailings are limited to once a half-term

Keep it concise: Members do not necessarily have much time, so the clearer your message, the better.

Prepare for us to schedule during term times.

Social Media

Posting through our social media channels offers you access to over 12,000 and over 7,000 followers on LinkedIn and X, respectively

Social media posts through our channels follow the standard rules for LinkedIn and Twitter. Again, we recommend accompanying your copy with an image or video and adding a link, where possible.

ISA will also regularly interact with your content, mainly on LinkedIn.

Area Meetings

Regional meetings are a great in-person networking opportunity. An Area Coordinator for each region provides support and advice to new and existing Members. Area meetings are part of a network of ISA members in each area and are generally attended by up to 30 Heads.

  • Area Meeting agendas are raised by Area Chairs; attendance at regional meetings is upon mutual agreement between the Gold Supplier and the Area Chair. The meetings are a good place to offer their expertise on issues related to the meeting agenda, and at the same time build their network.
  • For both yours and the Members’ benefit, it might be worth thinking about who is on the attendees list at the meetings and who you want to target. It’s worth checking the schools list for a bit more info about them: https://www.isaschools.org.uk/school-directory.html.
  • Cc a[email protected] in any communications with Area Chairs/Secretaries to help faciliate your attendance at them
  • To acquire a space at one, you’ll need to contact the Area Chair in charge of the meeting that you’re interested in. You can view a full list of the upcoming Regional Meetings here: https://www.isaschools.org.uk/about/staff-trustees-and-areas/area-committees-and-meetings.html.

The ISA Journal

The Gold Supplier scheme offers you a considerable discount on journal advertising rates. The ISA journal is the only publication to reach individual Heads and senior leaders across the entire membership of the Independent Schools Association, which is now a family of more than 750 schools.

Please follow this link for a the journal page, including recent digital editions. You will find the journal advertising rates for Gold Suppliers below. If you would like to arrange a piece of content, be it an article, advertorial or advertisement, for the journal, please contact Joe at [email protected].
