The exhibition is open to delegates from 9.30am on Wednesday 18 November to 11.45am on Thursday 19 November

Exhibition space is sold and measured by linear metre and all your equipment must fit within the purchased area:

2m width x 1.5m depth- £1900 - no VAT payable
3m width  x 1.5m depth- £2750 - no VAT payable

Wednesday Evening Dinner/ISA Awards Ceremony: If you would like to join ISA delegates for dinner (formal/Black Tie) on Wednesday evening for the ISA Awards Ceremony, please tick the relevant box below. Wednesday's dinner is an additional £75 per person and includes networking opportunities and the ISA Awards Drinks Reception within the Art Exhibition.

No overnight hotel accommodation is arranged for exhibitors - we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel in advance to reserve your room.

Terms and Conditions

ISA excludes all liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or property at the event. Security and appropriate insurance remain the responsibility of the exhibitor.

ISA reserve the right to postpone or cancel this event, change format, content or any other aspect of the event without liability at any time, for any reason whether or not due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Where an event is postponed, your registration will be valid for the postponed event.

Should it be necessary to revise the layout of the Exhibition floor plan for any reason, ISA reserves the right to transfer the Exhibitor to an alternative stand space within the Exhibition without recourse to compensation, unless the stand space is reduced in size, in which case the cost of the stand space shall be reduced accordingly & refunded to the exhibitor if applicable.

Invoices must be paid within the time frame stipulated on the invoice. Both booking form & payment is required in order for a booking to be fully confirmed at the event. If payments are not made by the Exhibitor in accordance with the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to apply the scale of cancellation/termination charges to the total cost. ISA may resell or reallocate the stand space but shall be under no obligation to reimburse any part of the cancellation/termination charge.
