This course will provide you with an overview of recent changes to UK data protection laws as a result of the 2025 Act.
The course will cover:
- Changes to Subject Access Requests, under the DUAA, including reasonable and proportionate processing
- Changes to international data transfers under the DUAA, including the new International Data Transfer Assessments (IDTA’s)
- Overview of resources and materials to enable the implementation of the DUAA within your school.
