This course will enable delegates to:
- recognise the importance of staff looking after their own mental health and how to support them in this.
- understand how to work with staff to promote and support a positive culture of staff mental health and wellbeing.
- signpost and arrange appropriate support for staff dealing with mental health issues and incidents in the school/college.
