The pace of AI change is rapid, and schools are struggling to keep up. Now more than ever they need firm, intentional change leadership, but it is often challenging to know where to start. This half day course will show you how to lead the change your school needs. We will explore how to establish a sense of urgency for change, how to listen to understand where your school is at in their AI adoption readiness, building a change coalition, agreeing on a strategy, creating momentum, and the compliance essentials for AI-implementation in your setting.
The course will give you a solid foundation in change leadership which you can apply directly into your AI strategy. It uses tried and trusted principles to give you the tools you need for success. It won’t write your strategy for you, but it will show you how to take your ideas and turn them into actionable goals, and how to take others with you on that journey.
The course is suitable for senior leaders with a responsibility for digital and AI as well as those who have been given AI Lead status (or plan to take this role on in their current or future school).
Key takeaways will be an outline strategic plan and ideas for pilot programmes and ideas for who to lead them - as well as a better understanding of the right AI tools to support you and your school in your AI journey.
