If you do not have a Crisis Management Plan, or if it's time to review your current planning, then this course will support you in creating a new framework for action.
The purpose of the course is to provide you with the essential tools to build an effective response to crisis situations, and a space to meet with other colleagues to share good practice.
Effective crisis management is first about having clear procedures - routines that will allow the institution to respond quickly and safely - that will support and inform everyone in the school community.
The course will help you create these routines, as well as exploring the implications for wider community wellbeing, effective media communications and confidentiality, and school-governance liaison.
