A course for those with oversight of risk assessment which will cover practical points from real school experience.
We will consider what risk assessment is for, and for whom. Attendees will be asked (required) to bring examples of their own school's suitably anonymous risk assessments so that different approaches can be shared and considered.
The aim is to identify effective and efficient ways to conduct risk assessment so those with oversight feel confident in their school's approach and in their own oversight responsibility.
