Who should attend:

Staff with specific responsibility for pupils’ wellbeing – Heads of Year, Deputy Head (Pastoral), Matrons, SENCO, LSA, TAs, Pastoral Support Workers, Independent Listeners

Aims of the course:

To provide delegates with a better understanding of how to assist pupils with their mental health fitness and how to identify signs of concern.

What you will learn:

  • What does good mental health fitness look like
  • Action Plan to implement when mental health fitness is a concern
  • Understanding various aspects of poor mental health fitness inc anxiety, depression, eating disorders

Delegates will receive a workbook, a manual upon completion and certification as a Youth MHFA One Day Champion.
