The immigration team at Penningtons Manches Cooper will be running a half day seminar aimed at Independent Schools who are considering applying for a sponsor licence.

With the UK having left the EU, the government is pressing ahead with its plans for a post-Brexit immigration system. This includes ending free movement. Schools which teach EU students and have EU teaching staff may find that they will need to apply for and obtain a sponsor licence.

The seminar will cover:

  • An introduction to the sponsor licensing system
  • Processes and system changes required to hold a sponsor licence
  • Applying for a sponsor licence
  • Maintaining your sponsor licence

Course tutor: Pat Saini, Partner and Head of Immigration at Penningtons

The training will run from 10.00am – 1.00pm, followed by lunch where delegates will have the opportunity to ask the tutor any questions.
