The course will cover an exploration of which parts of school life have an impact on the quality of pupils’ achievement and their personal development, and encourage delegates to reflect on how well they are making the most of the opportunities for excellence that they give to their pupils.

Who should attend?

This course is suitable for Heads, Deputy Heads, Director of Studies and anyone else responsible for the quality of education within the school.

Objectives:

• To be ready for inspection, including a quick round-up of the regulatory requirements
• To develop reflection and self-evaluation
• To develop a greater awareness of your role during the inspection
• To understand cause and effect and provide evidence
