The programme will include a review of what being a senior leader in a school involves, focusing on the skills required for effective school leadership as part of the senior leadership team; looking at the variety of ideas and practical applications available in leadership, delegation, teamwork and  change management. Also includes assessment of leadership styles and practical applications.
