Previous feedback

“I cannot recall enjoying an INSET session as much as I enjoyed this one”

“Being able to stop, advise the teacher, and replay the difficult conversation was a really useful approach – I’ve never seen it done this well before, and I really added ideas to my own approach to difficult conversations”

“The chance to see and hear others in action was invaluable – I’ve taken away key phrases and language that I know I’ll use in the future…”

“I thought the level of engagement was the best I’d ever seen – it’s clearly a very important topic that people worry about, and a chance to share experience on this topic showed me that the leadership of the school care about us and want us to feel supported – that in itself was so important to know…”
